We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist for our client office in Goa.

JOB DEFINITION :

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the client

- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Plan and manage our social media platforms.

- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create new campaigns for existing products, develop offers, optimize campaigns.

- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.

- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate product offerings, brand awareness, and competition.

- Create new or develop existing retention campaigns and programs to identify areas of player base improvement.

- Communicate with Players, evaluate their experience and assist enhance the same.

- Project month on month targets and work with the team to achieve them.

Functional Competencies expected:

- High creativity with experience in sourcing out the target audience
