Job Title: Digital Marketing and Digital Initiative Specialist
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Client's Capital's brand, services, and thought leadership across various online channels.
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Create engaging content for website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms to attract and retain clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and business development, to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO/SEM, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Lead the development and execution of digital initiatives, such as webinars, virtual events, podcasts, and online forums, to engage target audiences and drive lead generation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to digital marketing activities, such as data privacy, security, and advertising guidelines.
- Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management on digital marketing performance, trends, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role within the financial services or investment banking industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences and channels.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to digital marketing in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are desirable.
