Eligibility Criteria:.

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's degree is preferable).

- 5 years of experience with SEO/Digital Marketing.

- Proven experience with SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, web content, email marketing, and social media marketing.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Location: Remote/Virtual/Work from Home.

Job Type: Full-Time.

Working Days: 5 days a week.

What you'll do:


- Develop data-driven growth strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention, while analyzing marketing performance to identify optimization opportunities.


- Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEM, social media, display ads, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and ROI.


- Align marketing efforts with product development and customer success strategies by collaborating with product, data, and tech teams, while also working with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.


- Track key growth metrics and KPIs, presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.


- Showcase your ability to significantly impact campaigns, such as contributing to app downloads or increasing user engagement and conversions through strategic interventions.


- Monitor market trends, reporting back to the team and leadership where appropriate on any changes.
