- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Inbound Marketing Executive with expertise in Google Ads/LinkedIn to join our team at Recro. As a Inbound Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective inbound marketing strategies, with a specific focus on paid media acquisition for demand generation.


- You will also play a crucial role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and increasing online visibility. If you have a deep understanding of inbound marketing channels, particularly SEM and SEO, and are passionate about driving measurable results, we would love to hear from you.

About The Role :


- Develop and implement comprehensive inbound marketing strategies, primarily focusing on SEM Optimise campaigns across channels like Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to ensure high conversion.


- Optimize website content including landing pages, blog posts, and service pages, to improve search engine rankings.


- Perform on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance website visibility and organic traffic Provide recommendations and insights for website structure, user experience, and conversion rate optimization


Requirements :


- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Executive for atleast 2 years


- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush,or similar.


- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization techniques.


- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.


- A constant learner with a proactive attitude towards staying updated with industry trends
