Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic digital media initiatives. You will design, execute, and analyze comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives. Your ability to extract actionable insights from campaign data and provide clear, analytical reporting to stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve client revenue goals.
- Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage all phases of the campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with client brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Extract and analyze data from multiple digital marketing channels to evaluate campaign performance.
- Generate detailed analytical reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for optimization.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings clearly and effectively.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns that meet specific client needs and objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Present campaign performance and proposed strategies to stake holders.
SEO and SEM Management:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms.
- Monitor and analyze SEO and SEM performance, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics platforms).
- Experience with SEO and SEM.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
Desired Skills:
Experience with marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
Experience with content management systems (CMS).
Knowledge of current and emerging digital marketing trends.
Experience with A/B testing.
