Specialist - Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

- Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with our target audience.

- Create compelling content (text, image, and video) tailored for different social media platforms.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance, and adapt strategies based on data insights.

Digital Marketing & Web Analytics:

- Implement and manage various digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) basics, and content marketing.

- Utilize web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.

- Generate reports and identify actionable insights to optimize our digital marketing efforts.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, content creation) to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all digital channels.

- Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 1-3years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant online marketing role.

- Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices, including content creation, platform algorithms, and community management.

- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.

- Experience with other digital marketing channels (e.g, email marketing, SEO) is a plus.
