Job Description
- To be able to lead the content creation, management and maintenance of ISB's multiple online properties and networks, including website, emailers, blog, monthly e-newsletters and any other external facing digital communications.
- Will be responsible for digital marketing efforts of various offerings of the school and brand building activities through digital marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities include conducting through research on industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies), generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication.
- Responsible to deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services. Create and execute communications and marketing strategies that will elevate the visibility of the institute and its work across multiple platforms.
- Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Conduct appropriate keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Promote content on social media
- Identify customers- needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Eligibility
- Bachelors/PG - Communications / Journalism
- 8 or more years of experience creating content, personalized content preferred. Excellent writer and storyteller.
- Data analysis

- Ability to generate SEO friendly content
- Social media marketing
