Specialist - Cyber Security - Consulting Firm

Job Description :

- The Incumbent will basically be a team lead/ Team Manager and assist all the 10 + members of the team in various tasks that are being done relating to Cybersecurity.

- Will Create Resource allocation sheet and is expected to be deeply involved in resource allocation and resource planning.

- Will justify to Management, if new and fresh recruitments are required and will be responsible for selecting suitable candidates depending on the needs of the project.

- He will interact with customers along with his team members and ensure quality and timely delivery is non-negotiable.

- He will be self-learner in newer areas of cybersecurity, as SMHR is a budding organisation, various tasks of different nature are expected to come ( Managing Govt enterprises, Managing private enterprises, Manufacturing units etc) For example : If there is a SCADA audit which is new to him - he will learn about it, learn it from higher-ups and put the required work and handle it with his team members.

- He will have the freedom to innovate, invigorate his team members and come up with ideas that can take the organisation forward. Research ( beyond official responsibilities) is welcome. Rewards are high.

- He will report to the CEO, COO and Delivery Manager.

- He will be expected to carry our Appraisal of his team members and recommend suitable reward parameters to Management.

Requirements :

- Should have a MINIMUM overall experience of 7+ years

- Of the Above, at least 3 years should be Cybersecurity. Critical Criteria

- MUST have served large/reputed organisations ( Indian/ MNCs) for at least 2.5 years out of the overall experience

- Should have overall domain expertise in areas of Cybersecurity, Network Audits etc

- Must have direct customer handling experience.

- Should be capable of leading teams and guiding junior members - this means he should be a Domain expert.

- Should have hands-on experience in Both manual and automated testing on Web application, Network, Mobile (Android and iOS ), API, Web services Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.

- Coding skills And good understanding of web technologies.

- Experience conducting Secure Code Review Manually

- Experience in OSINT is a plus, Qualification in Cybersecurity such as CISM, CISA or CISSP or any other would-be a plus.
