Customer Experience Specialist
Scrabble has been mandated to hire a leadership role in Customer Experience for a fast-growing mobility platform.
If you are someone with the following skills:
1. Comprehensive experience in creating short and long-term service standards, and operational policies toward enhancing customer experience
2. Proven capability of nurturing partnerships by engaging with various working groups at all levels
3. Keen planner, strategist & implementer with strong commercial and business acumen.
4. Ensure customer delight and feedback mechanism.
5. Should carry excellent Client Relationships (Internal as well as External), good at making and maintaining public relations backed by strong influencing skills.
6. Attention to Detail: Ability to visualize the bigger picture, eye for details to craft solutions that build a compelling value proposition for the customer, yielding revenue growth.
7. Must have hands-on experience working in a start-up
8. Has the ability to build, assess and monitor teams
9. 3-8 years of relevant experience.
