Job Objective:

To help clients with strategies that are at the core of business and technology, drive values that impact, shape new businesses & design operating models for the future. To advice and work with key global clients, driving end-to-end transformation & strategic value and business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Support clients in their inorganic growth across the deal lifecycle, synergy assessment, due diligence, post-merger integration and portfolio interventions.

- Partner with top management to architect future proof operating models embracing future of work, workforce and workplace powered by technology transformation, ecosystem and analytics.

- Accelerate sustained & targeted growth for clients with an unique set of data-driven capabilities from strategy to execution.

- Work with our client's partners, help clients reach their sustainability goals through transforming digital Landscapes.

- Strategic Mindset to shape innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models

- Problem Solving to decode and solve complex business issues

- Business Acumen to drive actionable outcomes for clients with the relevant industry trends, innovations and disruptions, metrics and value drivers

- Enviable track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements.

- Experience working with "C level" executive clients, with extensive experience in projects in which the key stakeholders were top management

- Experience in Corporate Strategy/Restructuring; Growth Strategy, Market Entry Strategy, Operating Model Strategy, Business Model development, Strategic Cost Reduction, Digital business

Must Have:

- MBA or equivalent from top tier institute

- 5 + years' experience in one or more of the following: Corporate Strategy, Growth & expansion strategy, Growth and Innovation, Strategic Planning, Business Strategy Transformation, Shareholder Value Analysis, Organization Strategy, Pricing and Profit Optimization
