As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving direct and channel sales of our preventive health solutions to corporate clients in Mumbai. You will play a crucial role in building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners, while also developing new leads and converting qualified prospects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for disrupting the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the
Mumbai region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales and channel partnerships.
- Independently generate and qualify leads, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients and channel partners.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide exceptional customer service.
- Potentially handle and manage a team of sales executives.
- Mentor and train team members.
- Work closely with the Head of Corporate and Business Groups to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and track customer interactions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience selling solutions to HR departments in the healthcare sector at the corporate
level.
- Experience in managing a sales team.
- Experience in building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the corporate sales process and experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong team management skills.
- Meticulous and detail oriented approach.
- Experience selling benefits and wellness products to HR in corporate settings.
- Experience selling value-added solutions.
- Experience working remotely.
