Corporate Finance::
1) Involves determination of Short term and Long term funds for the Group, including various Companies, for its present and future requirements, at the lowest or the most optimum cost.
2) Involves preparing and validating the Cash flow requirements in the Group Companies on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis, and discussing the same with the CEO, CFO and the Promoters Group. Ensuring that the Group/Company is never short on the liquidity requirements.
3) Involves working with lenders such as Banks and financial institutions including NBFCs in order to design/raising of debt.
4) Involves determination and digitization of the Reporting requirements within the Group, including with the IT team, to ensure systemic generation of the Cash flow statements.
5) Involves Capital Raising including through private Placement of Capital, Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Debt & Equity in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth.
6) Involves working with the Top management to manage strategic and financial opportunities, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Initial public offerings. Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals.
7) Negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents relating to Deal structuring, Oversight of transaction(s) due diligence and other transaction related matters
8) Involves Treasury operations like foreign exchange management including Hedging, Forward Contracts and Options to ensure positive payout from the Treasury function.
9) Analyzing valuation of various Companies and potential returns from either investments or divestitures
