Responsibilities

- Craft key messages, presentations, Q&As and related documents & assets to convey strategy and ensure consistent, coherent cascade of information across audiences internally and externally

- Manage the global corporate communications, run and manage all internal and external communications for the company including strategy, execution and measurements.

- Manage global (India and the U.S.) PR programs. Organize initiatives and plan events and press conferences. Identify speaking opportunities and awards at

Corporate Communications - conferences and other events to position Coordinate speakers, briefings, speeches and presentation materials. Coordinate external communication for product launches, new initiatives, success stories, corporate news and company events.

- Identify relevant awards forums (Technology, International and region specific) to participate and get relevant recognitions through strategic approach.

- Work closely with the People and operations team to ensure that corporate reputation management and engagement with all internal and external audiences is being done in a timely manner.

- Create, manage and execute high impact communications campaigns across PR, media, employees and influencers to achieve organizational goals and to establish branding objectives.

- Conceptualise, manage and run events like leadership sessions / meets, live or virtual roadshows to engage, motivate and align regional teams in line with organization's goals.

- Develop best practices in communications and constantly promote the same among.

- Drive the communication programs around new launches, sales successes, awards and new business initiatives to all associates throughout the world periodically.

- Carry out regular customer and internal surveys to evaluate the success or communications activities. Measure and analyze RoI of PR and communications programs and integrate into marketing KPI reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications / MarCom / External Communication / Public Relations roles

- Experience dealing with geographically distributed teams

- Creative thinking to drive engagement and visibility across channels and audiences

- Outstanding communications skills, including written and spoken English Corporate Communications

- A proven track record of writing impactful copy in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment with absolute clarity for a variety of audiences

- Experience in managing campaigns both internal and external

- Hands-on with social media campaigns and reputation management

- Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to initiate and manage projects as well as be operational and "hands-on"

- Good attention to detail, understanding of technology and ability to communicate complex topics effectively

- A knack for diplomacy and the confidence to engage and build consensus with functional leaders at all levels
