JOB PROFILE :
The focus is to be a business partner in attracting, retaining, and developing talent whilst building winning teams as well as provide HR & Communication support and operational services to the business.
Corporate Communication & Employer Branding :
- Manage and improve all our communications flows, within and outside of our company.
- Coordinate external and internal communications flow (company website, newsletters, WIPs. LinkedIn etc.)
- Oversee established internal communications channels (e.g. intranet, email announcements) while reviewing and developing them further
- Drive the publication of in-house newsletter.
- Drive the creation of an employer brand both internally and on external platforms.
Employee Engagement :
- Develop and deliver calendar of activity, supporting the organisation to increase levels of employee engagement.
- Design and maintain an effective employee engagement framework to support the goals and vision of our People Strategy.
- Monitor employee engagement through Employee Surveys (Gallup & GPTW) and design interventions that support teams across the business to meet engagement targets.
- Implement and analyse results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives, using outcomes to help drive organizational improvement.
- Introduce and deliver innovative and best practice solutions to continually increase employee engagement, taking into consideration the needs of all parts of the business.
- Play a key role in the development and execution of our employee engagement strategy, working closely with our HR team and other stakeholders.
Corporate Social Responsibility :
- To be responsible for creating and implementing an approach to CSR that complements the business strategy in the areas of corporate responsibility and employee volunteerism;
- To be responsible for projecting the company as an involved, responsible and forward-thinking corporate.
- Manage CSR initiatives overall to ensure that they benefit the local communities as well as the Company objectives.
- To keep the CSR strategy and programmes under review and adapt as appropriate to stay aligned with business objectives.
- To maintain an ongoing relationship with the NGOs that the company sponsors ensuring that regular meetings take place so that each party is aware of current developments.
- To act as the knowledge leader and expert for CSR.
EDUCATION :
- Post Graduate in Human Resources / Corporate Communication/ Public Relations.
- High level of computer proficiency with MS Office and use of digital media.
