- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnel data to uncover optimization opportunities

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user pain points and friction in the customer journey

- Develop strategies to enhance user experience and improve key conversion metrics

- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, forms, and website elements for better performance

- Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and design changes

- Continuously monitor key conversion points within the marketing funnel

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement and align optimization strategies

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clear data-driven insights

- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, and Google Optimize to drive CRO efforts

- Apply HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to implement minor front-end changes as needed

- Track and report KPIs like conversion rates, bounce rates, CTRs, and cost per conversion

- Stay updated on industry trends and CRO best practices
