Content Co-creation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-creation involves creating content collaboratively with onboarded stakeholders, managing steps such as initiation, authoring, and eventually taking it to the pre publish stage using the platform before handing it over to the curation team.
Content Acquisition/ Creation:
Assist in Co-Creation of Independently Produced Content:
- Develop content that facilitates collaboration.
- Directly as well as effectively working with Local-Center level or company level production specialists.
- Any walk in stakeholder should be onboarded and managed through the system.
Co-Create Originals:
- Create content originally produced and owned by company.
Work with Onboarded Educators and Mentors:
- Revalidate and manage their availability in hours, collaborate to create valuable content, and add it to the inventory.
Onboarded Producers:
- Engage with onboarded producers to facilitate content creation.
Acquire Content from Independent Producers:
- Acquire content from independent producers, authors, and educators through the platform.
Assist Producers and Authors:
- Provide support to producers and authors during the content creation process as needed.
Manage Historical Programs:
- Ensure historical programs and content from previous stakeholders are effectively created and pre-published on the platform.
Program Creation & Management:
- Initiate and author content collaboratively, including events, courses, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure all programs are pre-published on the platform in a timely manner.
- Track and manage educator and mentor hours, ensuring they are available for sessions and programs.
Collaboration & Co-Creation:
- Enable co-curation of content by working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality contributions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to run targeted campaigns aimed at generating content and inventory from onboarded stakeholders.
Content Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage the inventory of programs by types, categories, and sectors.
- Ensure a diverse and comprehensive range of programs is available on the platform.
Recognition &Reporting:
- Implement recognition systems, including awards for top contributors, and manage leaderboards for content creation.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Production Manager.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Total Number of programs and educator/mentor hours available on the platform.
- Number of programs pre-published.
- Events: Number by sub-types, categories, sub-categories, and sectors.
- Courses: Number by sub-types, categories, sub-categories, and sectors.
- Challenges: Number by sub-types, categories, sub-categories, and sectors.
- Opportunities: Number by sub-types, categories, sub-categories, and sectors.
- Number of producers, authors, educators, and mentors engaged (active and inactive).
- Effectiveness of recognition systems and leaderboards.
- Number of stakeholders activated.
- Number of programs based on stakeholders/entities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Arts, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Extensive Experience in Content Production: Proven track record of managing and leading content production teams in a high-impact environment.
- Community Management: Proven ability to build, engage, and manage vibrant communities, fostering a collaborative environment where members actively participate, share insights, and contribute to the growth of the platform.
- Education Sector Experience: Significant experience within the education sector, particularly with platforms that focus on learning and development.
- Content Standardization Knowledge: In-depth understanding of content standardization, curation, and quality assurance processes.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement content strategies that align with organizational goals and drive growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including educational institutions, corporates, and subject matter experts.
- Operational Excellence: Strong skills in managing production frameworks, processes, and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Creativity and Innovation: Demonstrated ability to foster creativity and innovation in content creation and delivery.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposing and presenting strategies, plans, and results to executives and board members.
- Remote Team Management Skills: Proven ability to effectively manage and coordinate remote teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and collaboration across various location offices as well as work-from-home team members.
- Platform Expertise: Experience with collaborative learning platforms, SaaS, or other digital content distribution models is highly desirable.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using content management systems, CRM tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Global Perspective: Experience in establishing strategic partnerships with global institutions and organizations.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and evolving business needs.

Office Location and Travel:
- This position is based in Bangalore/ Trivandrum/ Kochi and requires full-time, on-site work.
- Be prepared for potential travel to various business locations for operational and business purposes.
