Job Title: Compliance and Legal

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary: The Compliance and Legal Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and legal standards. This role involves managing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing legal guidance to support business operations while mitigating risks.

Experience Of Handling LODR (Listing obligation and disclosure requirement) and ICDR (Issue of Capital and Disclosure requirement) is mandatory .

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:

- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.

- Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure company adherence.

- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.

Legal Support:

- Provide legal advice and support on various business operations, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory issues.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

- Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Law - From Top NLU /GLC/Symbiosis etc.

Experience: [8-12 ] years of experience in compliance, legal.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- Proficiency in compliance management software and legal research tools.
