- Should have 2 - 5 years of experience in HR Analytics - HR (C&B/ Total Rewards Ideally).
- Designing a Performance Management System (PMS) for a company / department from scratch including HR policies, HR processes.
- Responsible for Conducting HR Audit to understand gaps in current processes in performance management, talent acquisition, talent management and HR governance, and recommend improvements.
- Candidates from premium institute is preferred.
- Candidates from consulting background and experience in handling projects.
