- Compensation Strategy: Manage and develop competitive salary structures, incentive program, and performance pay to attract and retain talent.
- Review Policies: Periodically benchmark Total Rewards policies. Review existing policies and introduce new structure to the payroll and benefits structure.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including Group Health Insurance, Group Term Insurance and Group Personal Accident Policies. Process benefits enrolment, changes and termination.
- Audit and reporting: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and maintain all data related to HR regulations, policies and processes. Report data as required by auditors and any other internal committees.
- Year End: Work with Lead - Total Rewards in year-end activities.
- Communication: Make and deliver presentations internally to educate talent on Total Rewards.
Skills required :
- In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Canva
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presentation skills to deliver effective presentations for large audience
Educational Qualifications - Any Masters degree / CA/ CA- Inter
Experience - 10+ years of relevant work experience as payroll specialist
Location - Mumbai
Comp Range 40-45 L
