Specialist- Compensation, and Benefits:   Role dimensions of a Specialist - Compensation, and Benefits:  - The role would be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and anchoring company's Employee Wellness and Benefits by collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to ensure best in class benefits offerings for company's Employees across India.  - The person would also need to network in the market and garner thoughts on best practices in the areas of employee benefits- disciplines and contributing to the development of new concepts and standards.  - The person would be managing spot rewards and recognition end to end globally, including long service awards, portal management, promotions, upgrades and vendor reviews etc.  - The position will be a part of the Compensation and Benefits core team and report to the Global Head for Employee Benefits.  - Responsible for design and implementation of employee benefits & HR Policies for better business delivery  - Responsible for review and implementation of Variable Pay Framework for Delivery Team and Service Functions  - Lead Benefit/Policy plan design changes including modeling, cost impact and evaluate additional business drivers  - Lead and Manage HR Processes Governance and automation of internal processes to bring in efficiency and customer satisfaction.   - Independently manage internal C & B related compliance audits  - Partner with Business Finance & HR and coordinate with internal HR Shared Services team to ensure policy adherence and improvise processes.  - Responsible for internal communication regarding key changes in Benefits  - Cost-benefit analysis of benefits   - Critical Thinking - ability to deep dive and identify strengths and weaknesses of alternate solution"  - Manage Sales Compensation globally  - Lead Variable Plan design changes including modeling, cost impact and evaluate additional business drivers and communication  - Analyse sales performance on regular basis to help derive inferences on Sales population and performance trends giving apt insights to management and business leaders  - Participate in Compensation and Incentive design related benchmark studies and come up with recommendations to drive best in class variable pay program and compensation practice. This would involve interaction and partner with business & HR leaders   - Perform regular review of Sales Compensation grids to ensure we are competitive in the market and balancing it with the cost  - Design appraisal framework and promotion guidelines for global salesforce   - Collaborate with Finance and IS teams to ensure smooth incentive plan rollout and execution  - Drive automation of sales compensation and variable pay processes   - Ensure compliance with minimum wage norms based on law of land  - Handle end to end Sales MSI globally which includes budgeting, grid design, and rollout  The ideal candidate would possess  - Postgraduate in Human Resources from premier B-School with approximately 8+ years of post-MBA relevant work experience  - Prior experience in Employee Rewards/ Benefits will be preferred  - Analytical agility and creativity  - Knowledge of market trends/ best practices and all Indian laws and regulations ensuring compliance  - Keen eye for detail and process automation  - High initiative & drive to execute  - Good communication skills  - Ability to stretch to meet job demands when required
