Job Purpose:
Plan and support rewards portfolio mainly managing new initiatives & Projects. Create holistic reward analytics & continuous improvement plans to strengthen the rewards portfolio.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- End to end Employee Lifecycle management (VP/EVP)
- Role alignment, Annual KPI Mapping, Target letter preparation.
- Annual Bonus Process, monthly accrual and final calculation.
- Work with vendors on compensation benchmarking as per business requirement.
- Analyse and study survey data and send findings for recommendations on compensation as per requirement.
- Annual pay budgeting, Pay planning and Pay letter distribution.
- Employee share Grant nomination and approvals
- All sort of communication at BU and country level for various R&R schemes
- Pay correction, letter revision, Retention and one time payments
- Communication with BU leaders on necessary approvals, paperwork and open issues.
- Annual Performance Management, HR Calibration and spearheading the yearly campaign.
- Handling queries related to C&B and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Supporting STR team on the Successor planning and identifying Top talents.
- Data analytics and reporting for Group purpose.
- Part of Group projects to support various compensation programs and help in designing and implementation across the geographies.
