We are seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team of enthusiasts to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition into our products or services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and key account management teams to understand client needs and expectations.
- Create and manage client onboarding plans tailored to individual client requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to set up client accounts and services.
- Provide clients with clear instructions and training on how to use our products or services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns during the onboarding process.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor the progress of client onboarding and proactively address any issues or delays.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve the onboarding process.
- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the client success team to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in client onboarding or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using client management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent MS office skills
