Job Summary:

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in driving the growth of our AEM services and consulting business.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals in a competitive market.

- This role requires a combination of sales skills, client relationship management, and market research abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients who may benefit from our AEM services and consulting.

- Develop strategies to approach new clients and introduce them to our offerings.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and presentations.

- Conduct market research to identify client needs and industry trends.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals that meet client expectations.

- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively.

- Stay updated on new trends and technologies in the AEM space to communicate value to potential clients.

- Track and report progress against targets, providing insights into the client acquisition process.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales, preferably in IT services or consulting.

- Strong knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and related services will be a plus.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
