Hiring Adobe Campaign Specialist for an MNC in Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main client team contact to provide proactive and consistent general operations and development communication with both the onshore team and the client
- Able to assemble, analyze and evaluate data and be able to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to support the business and project teams
- Actively manage the day to day aspects of running direct marketing programs with a focus on getting high-quality results for the client
- Lead tasks and provides guidance through the full SDLC lifecycle for change requests/enhancements to client solution, to include scoping, estimating, requirements, functional design, campaign creation, testing, deployment, and training
- Proactively work to improve delivery quality, repeatability and on-time delivery of projects and looking for areas of improvement, implementing, and governing these standards.
- Able to document information effectively through databases, knowledge warehouses, and other shared space.
- Able to lead effective client meetings, negotiate deliverables, and drive successful outcomes.
- Able to make proactive recommendations.
- Able to properly interpret customer needs, and translate into understandable written requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 5-8 relevant work experience (for different levels) in the database marketing space
- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to communicate upwards and downwards within the organizational structure
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience managing execution of multi-channel marketing programs/operation across multiple accounts
- Hands on experience in managing marketing database solutions
- Developing process to optimize or automate marketing activities
- Managing and execution experience in the full development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in campaign management tools (e.g., Unica, Adobe Campaign, etc..).
Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign/Neolane is a must.
- Solid understanding of relational databases
- Strong SQL skills, must be able to write complex queries and be able to script
- Working knowledge or project management methodologies and creation of defined artifacts
- Have good problem solving and negotiation skills
- Have good leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
- Relevant technical marketing domain knowledge
- Have the ability to manage multiple, high priority efforts effectively and under significant deadline pressure with little to no direction
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and able to quickly change priorities
