Job Brief:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Visit the leads and find out the requirements.
- Help them Fill the Application Form Online.
- Help them in Uploading the relevant documents which is required for the purpose of verification.
- Initiate the Verification Process.
- Figure out 100 leads every month in need of Funds for Medical, Education, Marriage, House
- Renovation, Infrastructure Development Purposes.
- Figure out leads who are looking for funds to start their Day- To- Day Business.
- Build and Maintain good relationships with People Network.
- Guide the prospects/clients throughout till the closure of file.
- Dealing with Internal and External Queries from the clients. Ensure all documents are 100 % accurate, complete and consistent.
- Storage of documents for future retrievals.
- Ensure to maintain client and company records under strict confidence.
- Ability to work within tight time constraints to achieve targets and meet deliverables.
- Prepare Daily Reports on the progress of the work as instructed.
