- Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the B2C sector.


- Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform business development strategies. Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies to increase the B2C customer base. Identify target customer segments and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.


- Partnership Development: Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and organizations to enhance the brand's reach in the B2C market. Collaborate with external partners to create mutually beneficial initiatives. Product Positioning: Work closely with the marketing team to position products or services effectively in the B2C market.


- Develop messaging and campaigns that resonate with target consumers. Sales Strategy: Create and execute B2C sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers. Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention in the B2C segment. Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement.


- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events targeting B2C customers. Utilize various channels, including digital and traditional marketing, to maximize campaign effectiveness. Data Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate the success of B2C initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.


- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand the brand's presence in new geographical areas or demographics within the B2C market. Develop entry strategies for new markets. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on B2C business development activities to senior management. Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities effectively to cross-functional teams.


- Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification may be advantageous. Experience: Proven experience in B2C business development, sales, or marketing roles. Track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding customer bases.


- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the B2C market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
