Job description:
- Solid knowledge or exposure on RFP responses with a solution approach
- Opening new business/client revenue stream in the European and Southeast Asian markets in the field of KPO, ITES, software services
- Work closely with OPS to enhance revenue from the existing client in the new areas of services
- Spearhead the email blast or newsletter circulation of Aptara services to the new clients - Periodic activities
- As a secondary requirement, need to work with US Sales folks at times to do some coordination work for different clients
- Sales/Opportunity Reporting - monthly/weekly
- Strengthen the Company's business development and marketing processes, systems, and procedures including lead identification, selection, and management; lead and opportunities pipeline; etc.
- Develop and implement an annual Business Development plan for the Company.
- Work with the Sales Team and Business Stream Leaders to develop and implement business development plans for the regions/service areas.
- Maintain a cycle of business development activities including the identification and cultivation of potential clients, market research, preparing marketing strategies and plans, marketing visits, presentations, attendance at conferences and seminars, delivering and publishing papers and generally maintaining for the Company a high profile presence in the market.
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of expressions of interest, pre-qualification documents, and proposals ensuring high and consistent standards are maintained throughout.
- Coordinates technical pre-sales activities.
- Assists in all levels of technical account planning and provide the necessary support to sales account managers.
- Work closely with the Field Sales and the Partners and assist in the development of formal sales proposals and presents and differentiates product offerings at a technical level from the competition.
Must-Have :
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- International Sales experience in relevant industry (like EMEA or APAC or US market)
- Must have knowledge and experience in writing an effective responses to RFIs, RFPs
- Must be capable of prospecting, generating new leads to final onboarding
- Must be comfortable working against monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
