Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager.
The roles and responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: The candidate will handle large-scale, complex full-funnel and multi-channel campaigns, including TV, digital, radio, and audio channels.
- Project Management: They will manage campaign work streams, product integration, internal and employee activations, and cross-functional meetings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: The role involves working with various teams such as comms, media, social, editorial, and product marketing teams, both in India and globally.
- Timeline and Planning: The candidate will manage planning documents, timeline sheets, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Agency Relationship: They will own the relationship with the creative agency and contribute to media plans and communication for leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications: The candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, or product marketing, with experience in large-scale shoots and campaigns.
Skills: Strong project management, communication, and budget management skills are essential. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively and manage their schedule effectively.
