Key Responsibilities:
Audit Execution:
- Conduct End-to-End Audits: Manage and execute audits across the designated audit portfolio, ensuring thoroughness and adherence to auditing standards.
Planning and Coordination:
- Audit Planning: Develop and coordinate audit plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and scope definition.
- Timely Reporting: Ensure audits are completed and reported within established timelines.
Evaluation and Testing:
- Process Evaluation: Assess the design and effectiveness of processes and controls within the audited area.
- Test Development: Design and execute appropriate tests to evaluate the effectiveness of controls.
Issue Management:
- Escalation: Identify and escalate issues promptly and appropriately.
- Reporting: Present clear, concise audit findings and reports in a timely manner.
Regulatory and Industry Awareness:
- Continuous Monitoring: Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry developments, product updates, and business process changes.
- Adaptation: Adjust audit procedures and focus areas in response to evolving regulations and business needs.
Data Analytics and Solutions:
- Build Analytics: Develop and implement data analytics solutions that can be utilized repeatedly by both Internal Audit and other departments.
- Solution Reusability: Ensure analytics and solutions are effective and can be continuously leveraged.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Audit Expertise:
Proven experience in conducting end-to-end audits, with a strong understanding of audit methodologies and standards.
Planning and Organization:
- Skills in planning and coordinating audits, including the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to evaluate processes and controls critically and develop effective testing procedures.
Issue Resolution:
- Experience in identifying and escalating audit issues, with a focus on clear and actionable reporting.
Regulatory Knowledge:
- Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and changes in business processes.
Data Analytics:
- Proficiency in building and utilizing data analytics solutions, with an emphasis on creating reusable tools and methods.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
