Job Responsibilities :

- The Specialist, Audit / Controls will be a primary resource for managing the SOX and Internal Controls Process and special projects as assigned by management.

Specific responsibilities for this position include :

- Manage all aspects of SOX and Internal Controls process. Responsible for walkthroughs, testing, remediation, documentation, and reporting for Key Controls over Financial reporting (KCFR) including IT General Controls and Automated Controls.

- Work with the departments to understand their process and scope of controls.

- Must be able to accurately demonstrate how Controls work, and methods of managing the various issues or gap in processes including root cause analysis and remediation plan.

- Provide training, awareness sessions, identify controls opportunities in the center to implement a robust control environment.

- Work closely with Company WHQ to accommodate the requirements of WHQ and implement the same in the Center.

- Prepare monthly and adhoc reports for the management to provide a high-level view on the various areas of SOX and internal controls work.

- Support the WHQ Controls and Compliance department in preparing the Monthly Internal Controls Dashboard, Quarterly Changes to Internal Controls (QCIC) and s302 & s404 Representative Letter.

- Identify areas of potential improvement for key processes and procedures.

- Lead and / or support special projects, risk-based process reviews and new system developments, as necessary.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS : CA Inter/ MBA / B. Com / M. Com

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 3 - 7 years' experience in Accounting or Finance/Audit. Internal Audit or SoX Audit experience is an added advantage.

- Candidate must be self-motivated and should have ability to think from broader spectrum.

- The position provides an excellent opportunity for gaining hands on experience of accounting/auditing and project management within a dynamic environment.

- Candidate must have strong interpersonal and adaptability skills.

- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Power Point).

- Candidate should be team-oriented and have solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
