Specialist/Assistant Manager - Marketing CRM Data

Education Qualification & college preference?

- Any Graduate / Relevant Experience

- What is expected from this role?

- Should own the customer / prospect data for marketing on the CRM platform.

- Responsible for identifying 'ready-to-buy' leads with strong Need and Authority

- Define Segmentation Variables to Identify Marketing Qualified Leads from all inbound/outbound marketing channels.

- Increase MQL to SQL conversion through Database Cleansing, Segment Refinements, etc.

- Leverage Enrichment Platforms, LinkedIn, and Social Media platforms to keep prospect and client data relevant and updated, and also maintain database quality and health by adding new contact and account data while cleansing outdated / irrelevant / non-engaging data.

- Engage with Sales and Account Management to Influence Data Maintenance, Updating and Hygiene Best Practices

What are the required skills?

- Mandatory 3+ years of sales operations / CRM experience

- Preferred Experience with Staffing Industry, HR / HRMS Product / Services

- Adhere to, and continuously refine the process to improve database acquisition and updating.

- Loves to interact with people and help businesses with Innovative solutions.

- An enthusiastic go-getter who is self-motivated, flexible, and good at multitasking

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

What tools should he/she have worked on?

- Salesforce, Pipedrive, Excel, Google Sheets, Word

Which companies are you looking to hire from?

- Who are the stakeholders he will interact with?

- Report to Marketing Manager and liaise with sales managers and account managers across all verticals and business units.
