- What is expected from this role?

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and own the market research reports calendar to increase awareness and lead generation from relevant personas.

- End-to-end responsibility for conceptualizing, planning, executing, tracking, refining, and reporting on industry-focused integrated market research reports.

- Seamlessly execute integrated marketing campaigns around research reports across multiple platforms and channels to reach target personas at the right 'early consideration' timeframe.

- Influence content team to leverage market research report to create high value marketing
offers that educate, enlighten, and entertain industry-wise / cross-industry audience.

- Work with digital team to set up campaign materials around market research reports like hosting the report, landing pages, emails, social media posts, etc.

- Contribute market feedback to improve the end-value of industry relevant content including website pages, blogs, thought leadership whitepapers, industry trends, etc.

- Track and report relevant metrics that measure the effectiveness of the market research reports and analyze performance for insights and improvements.

- What must be required skills?

- Mandatory experience in conceptualizing, planning, and executing market research reports for B2B companies, preferably in HR, HCM, HRMS related domains.

- Experience in industries like Manufacturing, BFSI, Consumer, eCommerce, Telecom, etc.

- Managing online / offline survey and research covering SEO, SEM, SMM, email, agencies, etc.

- Strong project and stakeholder management skills

- Detail-oriented, organized, self-driven and capable of handling multiple projects.

- Excellent written and verbal, communication, and presentation skills

- What tools he/she should have worked on?

- Google Analytics, Survey Monkey, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Statistical and Analysis Tools

- Which companies are you looking to hire from?

- B2B organizations

- Who are the stakeholders he will interact with?

- Report to Marketing Head and liaises with Heads of All Verticals / Business Units.

- Should the candidate have team handling skills or have handled a team?
