Insurance Team Member / Specialist

Educational background :

- Commerce graduate / Science graduate with a diploma / degree in Insurance [e.g. III / NIA or equivalent]

Experience : 5 years to 8 years working experience with a top insurance or underwriting company / equivalent experience.

Key Skills :

- Demonstrated experience in renewals for liability policies like: D&O, Cyber Security, Product Liability

- Dealing with claims and processing the same across liability, asset, commercial and employee related policy

- Experience in renewal of employee and asset / marine related polices

- Ability to connect with relevant personnel in various business units across the company for insurance related information

- Ability to deal with Brokers / Insurance companies

- Ability to analyze and suggest improvements in policy terms and conditions

- Analyze and suggest to lead ERM & insurance, possible options for cost savings

- Maintain database for claims and renewals

- Connect with operations team and insurance companies for periodic endorsements

Other Skills :

- Good interpersonal skills

- Good in MS excel

- Analytical ability
