Specialist/Assistant Manager HR - Organization Capability Building
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment :
- Identification of all Z12 and below open positions on a weekly basis.
- Understanding the Job Description and engaging with the functional head to understand the desired profile.
- Identification of recruitment source and open the position to consultants, referrals, Internal Job Postings etc.
- Ensuring engagement with the recruitment consultants and strategic decision on right fitment basis roles for all Z12 and below positions
- Conducting first round of interview to scan candidates in terms of fitment of organizational needs, cost, expectations etc.
- Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Circulation of weekly recruitment tracker for all open positions.
- Tracking and maintaining all the open positions on the Lumenesse Online system
Employer Branding :
- Identification of campuses to engage for summer interns.
- Engage with Functional heads to identify projects and circulate to selected campuses.
- Organise interviews for interested candidates and hire them for summer placements.
- Monitor their progress via weekly feedback from their mentors.
- Schedule project presentation day for all summer interns to present the finding from their projects.
- Identification of open positions for the year for Management Trainees
- Identification and engagement with the campuses placement cells.
- Employer branding in Campuses via stalls, road shows,posters,emailers etc
- Circulation of open positions for MT hiring
- Shortlisting profiles based on student profiles.
- Conduct campus placements across campuses
- Preparation of MT 6 months training plan and ensure its successful implementation.
- Take weekly feedback from the mentors on the progress for all Management Trainees.
Training & Development :
- Deploying the Competency based Sales Training Programs with productivity Measurement and gap analysis.
- Setting up and planning of the Sales Academy for Trauma business
- Monitoring and control of the Sales Academy Execution for Recon and Trauma businesses
- Execution of the Development Action Plan and ensuring the 100% compliance to DAP for all employees
- Control of yearly training budget & presentation of track on a monthly basis
- Compliance to the calendar for all of the behavioural and technical training programs including compliance workshops
- Planning & Execution of Development Centre initiatives in terms of the competency based training and coaching programs for High potential talent at Z11 and above
- Evolution of career path model for the employees under the development Centre
- Kick-starting development Centre for 2015 through execution of Assessment Centre, identification of employees and creating a plan of action for their career path and development
- Preparing and controlling the 3 month orientation plan for all new employees.

Education/ Experience Requirements:
- Proven background in HR Business Partner/Learning & Development /Talent Actuation role is essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or similar is essential.
- PGDBM / MBA in human resources management, Training Management, Business Administration or related field plus a minimum 5 - 8 years experience in Recruitment .
Key Attributes: Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Travel Requirement: 30 - 40 %
