Position Overview :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Manager - Business Development to join our team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, forging strong relationships with clients, and expanding SpeakIn's reach in the professional learning and development sector.

- You will play a pivotal role in promoting our services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Growth :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand SpeakIn's client base.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.

Market Research :

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.

Sales Strategy :

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

Reporting :

- Prepare and present business development reports, including sales forecasts and performance metrics, to senior management.
