Spartek's Promoter group are now embarking on a major growth plan in related areas of Building & construction materials, construction, Development, Home products. The group controls two nationally reputed brands, SPARTEK, NEYCER and are launching new products that are first time to India which have potential to significantly improve the quality, processes and efficiencies in construction sector. All business divisions for different products have the potential to grow over Rs 100 crore annual turnover each and will be handled by a professional team under recruitment.

We require senior Finance professionals, preferably retired or Independent CFOs/Bankers with more than 20 years- experience to lead build and lead a good team for managing 6 to 7 projects of the group which are a mix of Operating, Start up and Turn around mode. 


This position will be on behalf of the Holding company/Asset Management Company to help all functions of the promoted companies, monitor them, add and enhance value of the companies for high financial returns with strict compliance policies. They should have done & dealt with financial & business models, business plans, feasibility studies, and good in IT, good in communication with hands on approach, willing to work with multiple project teams and also interact with Banks, equity and Debt investors, NBFCs etc.

Functions and Responsibilities :

To lead, oversee, successfully implement :

- Financial and business modelling, Feasibility studies, business plans

- Develop and generate financial reports/analysis, both routine and ad-hoc.

- Summarize conclusions from financial analysis on a pro-active basis and provide key takeaways to business units, projects, corporate finance, and senior functional management.

- Analysing the company's financial statements and operations. Assist with Planning & Strategy presentations

- Preparing and making presentations to Promoters/senior management/ banks/ investors etc

- Create and translate operating plans and forecasts into financial plans and projections to ensure that the organization achieves its financial targets

- Provide timely explanations & corrections for deviations between actual results and forecasts/budgets

- P&L management

- Legal agreement and issues

- Building good relations with Bankers, Investors, External financial professional network, Govt etc.
