We are looking for a self driven individual, having experience in senior management positions, who can launch and manage 4 -5 new business verticals (each of which having a potential to reach annual Turnover in excess of Rs.100 crore), formulate strategic business and marketing plans and put in place a team of production/sales/finance personnel to efficiently man each of the verticals.


Over time, as business grows, each of the verticals would become self-sustaining Profit Centers reporting into the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO shall also manage the Group's ongoing manufacturing and trading operations. He would be a key member of the senior management team and will be responsible to maintain control of diverse business operations.


He should have an entrepreneurial mindset, be hands on, takes calculated risks and be an independent thinker. The Candidate should have leadership and communication skills, excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics. Preferred Engineer/ Engineer with MBA from reputed Institutions.

Responsibilities :

- Understand the Products, Markets, meet potential Clients and identify decision makers in the Client organizations;

- Develop Sales and Business plan with product management, e-commerce and Brand positioning

- Strategies for different market segments to ensure improved sales and Brand awareness;

- Hire a Team of Sales executives and other managerial personnel for the new business verticals and train and mentor them;

- Develop a comprehensive Sales and Business Plan, implement strategies for Brand positioning, strengthening Dealer network, recruit and mentor sales executives and implement e-Commerce platform;

- Oversee daily operations of the different business verticals and work of executives (Production, Marketing, Sales, IT, HR, etc.);

- Lead employees to maximize performance and evaluate by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;

- Establish Policies that promote the culture and vision of the Group;

- Manage relationships with all Stakeholders.
