Key Responsibilities:
1.
Business Development: - Develop and execute strategies to acquire new IFAs and expand the network.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Understand competitor offerings and market trends, and utilize findings to refine sales strategies.

Relationship Management: - Build and nurture long-term relationships with IFAs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for IFAs, addressing their queries and providing timely assistance.
3.
Sales and Revenue Generation: - Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting PMS products and services to IFAs.
4.
Market Insights and Feedback: - Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team on product performance, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product development and marketing to enhance offerings and address market needs effectively.
