Product Specialist - Insurance
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Product Specialist with a sales focus to join our Spark PWM Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of insurance products to our customers and working closely with our Wealth RMs to grow our insurance product portfolio.
- The role would be to coordinate with a set of Wealth RMs on a day-to-day basis to convince them to pitch and close Life Insurance, Non-Life and Health Insurance Propositions to their clients. Job will entail providing premium quotations, client specific calculations, follow up for leads, do client meetings, support wealth RMs in closures and logins of Life, Non-Life and Health Insurance proposal and provide after sales service. The person will also have to coordinate with the Life and Health Insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the distribution and sales of insurance products.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing ones.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop and launch innovative insurance products.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product development, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and negotiate favourable terms and pricing for our customers.
- Train and support distribution partners on our insurance product offerings and sales processes.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to promote our insurance products.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful product strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of the Indian insurance market and regulatory environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
