Main Responsibilities:
- Order fulfillment and management for all spare parts for current products.
- Inventory control for all spare parts for current products.
- Internal coordinator between India and headquarter to ensure spare parts supply.
- Shipment/delivery management of all spare parts in India especially on domestic logistics.
- All warehouses inventory control and make sure a minimum physical counting
- Delivery the accurate parts to service partners site in the first time
- Spare parts related expense control includes: importation, exportation, custom, scrap, tax and so on.
- Evaluation of each warehouse’s environment to make sure FIFO and 5S being implemented
- Keep contract with service team to make sure all effort to meet their requirements
- Keep communication with service partners to ensure all order put right time/cost
Competencies and Qualifications Desired:
- Bachelor degree with logistics and related field
- 5 years at least related logistics working experience
- Problem solving
- Analytical methods skills
- Good command in English for all writing, reading, listening and speaking
- Good leadership skills
- Worked under pressure will be preferred
- Specify the 10% of travel of the total work time
- Lean six sigma or project management are preferred
