Senior position for Brand Management Marketing

Competency and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the complete marketing mix
- Highly Creative
- Ability to integrate across media
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Proficient with huge data crunching, power point presentations and various metrics
Key Responsibilities:
- Define brand positioning and implement guidelines to ensure positioning consistency
- Analyze how the SPAR brand is positioned in the market and use consumer insights to drive desired positioning
- Measure Brand Equity and build & implement action plans to move towards improvement in BEI
- Lead creative development and create stimulus to get targeted customer to take action
- Manage Budgets & Establish performance specifications, costs/ price parameters
- Measure and report on all campaigns with assessment against goals with ROI and KPI
- Monitor Market Trends and Competition to identify threats and opportunities
- Capture customer reactions to read into effectiveness of media and creative
