Role:
- Preparing Manpower Planning and Annual Operating Plan Budgets
- Compensation surveys
- Pay Range Design
- Benefit Programs Survey
- Rewards Management
- Framing HR policies and processes and publish.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to prepare comprehensive job descriptions for all roles and designations.
- Manage both H1 and H2 Performance Management System (PMS) cycles.
- Oversee HR- related management projects, collaborating with HR consultants on various management projects related to HR.
- Guide employees on Flexi pay benefits and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
- Provide organizational-level data on employee surveys, Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs), etc.
- Prepare costing based on AOP data for organizational planning purposes.
- Conduct communication sessions to inform employees about policy amendments and new initiatives.
- Facilitate awareness sessions during HR induction programs.
Job Specifications:
- MBA in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum Experience of 12 -15 years in relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
