Role Designation :- Deputy Company Secretary
Function :- Compliance, Legal and Regulatory
Department: Corporate Affairs
Reports to : Company Secretary To assist and support in day to day activities of Secretarial Dept. in meeting with the requirements of complying with various laws applicable to the organisations and its group companies.
Areas of Responsibility:-
1. Compliance of the Corporate and Allied Laws
2. Compliance of Master Directions applicable to NBFCs issued by Reserve Bank of India
3. Compliance of Listing Regulations and other SEBI Regulations
4. Handling Audit Requirements including Internal and External Audits
5. Preparation of Agenda and Minutes of the Meetings of Members, Board and its Committees
6. Maintaining Compliance Tracker and updating the same regularly
7. Filing of Various Forms, Returns and documents as required under NBFC Master Directions, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws with Regulatory Authorities
8. Assisting in Convening and attending meetings of the Board and its Committees
9. Maintenance of Statutory Registers
10. Monitoring Changes in relevant legislations and the regulatory environment
11. Assisting in Preparation of Annual Report
12. Liaisoning with RTA and other ancillary organisations
13. Liaisoning with other verticals and supporting them in providing the information and documents required them.
Educational Qualification: - Company Secretary (CS)
Educational Qualification: - (1 - 5 years)
Knowledge / Skill-sets required: - Member of ICSI, Experience of working in a NBFC is preferably Other Skills Required Fluent in MS Office, Good Communication skills
