General Manager - Diversity & Inclusion


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to diversity and equal opportunity.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cultural change initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace environment.

- Design and facilitate diversity training and workshops for employees at all levels

- Analyze and report on diversity metrics and progress

- Stay updated on best practices and trends in diversity and inclusion to continuously improve our effort.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in diversity and inclusion within a global corporate setting. Work experience of driving inclusion in the US, the Mexico and Manila is preferred.

- Strong understanding of diversity metrics and data analysis

- Good presentation and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively and influence change at all levels of the organization.
