Research & Insights Specialist
Purpose :
- This position will help the leaders and team managers in developing action plans to maximize productivity, efficiencies and client experience to meet targets.
- Support the business to understand their clients by performing research and collect data regarding trends & market performance as well as also identify issues or shortcomings.
- Provide actionable and relevant insights/ideas to add value and increase client retention and contribute to the cross selling of services.
- Produce campaign reporting for our teams to share with clients, helping them understand the key drivers of performance and inform future activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team on consumer knowledge to support business decision making.
- Conduct quantitative research, potentially including media analysis, automated dashboard development and reporting, knowledge of social media publishing & listening tools, and digital analytics.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape, digital channels, and social media to generate business insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive competitive analysis, gathering information and reporting about market performance and consumer insights.
- Knowledge to finding hidden detail from unstructured datasets and offer relevant and influential suggestions.
- Support with real-time monitoring of conversation during crisis and event times to support brands take timely decisions.
- Deliver concise intelligence and insights to positively impact strategic and tactical business decisions
- Develop proposals and recommendations for Senior Leaders and Executives that identify and profile high impact strategies via insightful analytics.
- Daily boiling down data sets into a meaningful case study and reports.
- Support the teams in building a multi-year insights and analytics strategy
- Continuously seek to build knowledge of data sources, analysis techniques and market research offerings.
