Major Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end account management for clients and brand building by means of internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement and crisis management
2. Development of communications strategy and ensuring its implementation in line with the projected targets and outcomes
3. Daily liaison with the client and working with the team to achieve deliverables
4. Development of communications collaterals- news releases, briefing books, key messaging documents, spokesperson responses for media queries, pitch notes, invites etc. 5. Media engagement, coordination and management
6. Team Building, and monitoring
7. Account administration including adhering to deadlines, client meetings and briefings
8. Event coordination: Recommend approach, media outreach and on-ground support
9. Evaluate possible crisis situations and prepare a streamlined response system
10. Develop plan of action and recommend media strategy
11. Real-time situation analysis, monitoring, updates and recommendations
12. Conduct market/industry research, consumer and media audits for existing clients and new businesses
13. Brainstorm and develop communications approach as per the brief
14. Formulate a strategic communications plan with recommendations for stakeholders, consumers, and media engagement
