Job Role:
To expand Franchise business across Country and generate higher revenue per franchise.
Key Responsibilites:
The duties and responsilbities of the position include but not limited to:
- To develop new franchise and business partners in all metro cities, tire 2 and tire 3 cities in India and give support to those franchise and business partners.
- Responsible for franchise development and business development of franchise.
- Responsible for increase admissions in all developed franchise and business partners.
- Responsible to make follow company policy in developed franchise and business partners.
- Lead all aspects of Franchise Development strategy & process, sales process, lead generation, new franchise territory sales, territory creation, and existing franchisee transfers and renewals
- Participate in P&L goal setting and deliver budgeted top and bottom line results
- Define and implement a cost-effective lead generation strategy utilizing both traditional and non-traditional mediums

- Experience in working with management.
- Preferable experience of working in a educational institution
- Extensive knowledge of business processes and procedures
- Ability to make well-informed business decisions
- Proficient in the preparation and evaluation of business reports
- Sound understanding of consumer markets
