Job Role :
Responsible for growth in ARPU, CLTV and width of products sold per customer
Key Responsibilities :
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:
- Responsible for the management of Integrated Omni Channel direct and digital marketing, targeted marketing and strategic campaigns on our database of leads and customers, while leading a team of Sales Managers, Campaign Managers and Campaign Developers
- Interface and coordinate with internal customers (key stakeholders) such as Product, Marketing, Business etc. to understand the drivers of their business, KPI, etc
- Responsible for taking ownership of several multi-tiered campaigns including analysing, planning, scheduling, optimising, scripting content, execution, lead management, work flows and reporting, across including but not limited to channels such as telesales, email, SMS, Whatsapp, web and app- Responsible for driving growth of top-line and productivity in costs of campaigns.. so that campaigns can be devised.
- Develop a comprehensive yearly / quarterly / monthly campaign strategy / plan / calendar for the internal customers with the main objective of improving organization metrics such as Sales, Profile Completion, CSAT, Cross-Sell, Upsell, Renewals, Response, etc.
- Ensure overall campaign quality - content, messaging, calls-to-action, and delivery.- Ensure implementation of Contact Governance.
- Interface with internal data analysis teams or perform analysis to provide timely inputs for both campaign creation and closure.
- Interface with technology infrastructure departments to ensure updation of key assets of the team such as hardware and software.
- Manage the execution of all campaigns using our marketing automation platform.
- Ensure campaign results / responses are captured, and used for reporting, analysis and retargeting.
Education/ Experience :
- PGDM / MBA in Marketing with Tier I institutes preferably with minimum 10 years experience in UNICA campaign management, direct marketing, online campaign management etc.
Other Competencies :
1) Knowledge of direct or digital marketing is essential
2) Preferably from B2C / Edtech background
3) Ability to strategize and solve problems
4) Strong leadership and organizational skills
5) Excellent communication and people skills
