- To develop new franchise and business partners in all metro cities, tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India
- Lead all aspects of Franchise Development Strategy & Recruitment process, Territory creation, existing franchisee transfers and renewals
- Understand Franchise interest , evaluate and respond to potential franchisee inquiries
- Attending Expos ensuring company branding & assessing Regional Potential and strategies action
- Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchise, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes
- Providing training and information on the business policies and procedures and to develop new franchisees for the business
- Initial Level - Support Franchise level Revenue growth
