S&P Global - Financial Modeling Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job responsibilities

- Building and converting financial models/screens/platform customizations for the client workflow

- Ability to understand client specific requirements across all the S&P Capital IQ data sets

- Ability to build Models with excel macro driven where necessary

- Effective delivery of solutions using S&P Capital IQ tools like Excel Plug-in, Screening etc.,

- Handling Excel plug-in issues and special projects that may be assigned on an ad-hoc basis

Skill set desired

- Knowledge on financial concepts and broad understanding of the financial services industry

- Knowledge on various Financial and Valuation models across all asset classes

- Knowledge on different financial markets like Equity, Bonds, Futures etc.,

- Knowledge on Financial modeling is an added advantage.

- Excellent Knowledge on MS Office Suit specifically Excel, VBA for Excel is an added advantage

- Good Analytical and presentation skills

Eligibility criteria

Educational Qualifications

- Graduation in any stream (Commerce stream preferable)

- MBA Finance from a reputed institute/college

- CA/ICWA/CFA, Completed or Pursuing
